Everything you need to know before your booking — answered.
By paying your booking deposit you agree to all conditions below. No surprises — just clear expectations.
Late access to the property: R1 000 / hour
The client is solely responsible for obtaining any venue or estate permissions required for the event.
Damage caused will be deducted from the deposit.
No refunds for weather interruptions — please have a backup plan or speak to us about Plan B.
If weather prevents safe setup, choose ONE of:
Late finish beyond agreed time: R1 000 / hour
A R1 000 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is only confirmed once the deposit is paid. The deposit is refunded after equipment inspection if no damage occurred.
The client is responsible for any loss or damage while equipment is on site. If an item is damaged during your event, please inform us immediately. Intentional damage or neglect will result in repair or replacement charges. Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
Use of equipment is at the client's own risk. We reserve the right to decline bookings where safety cannot be guaranteed.
