We confirm your date, package, location, and any add-ons (like our Music Host or On-Site Host). A deposit secures your slot.
Our team arrives 1–2 hours early — tent, sound, lights, smoke & bubble machine — all tested and ready before guests arrive. Setup time is not part of your party time.
Ready to party. For our Inflatable Disco Experience, we leave you to enjoy the event and return afterwards to collect. For our Hosted Silent Disco & Ultimate Disco Experiences, a Bounce & Beyond host stays on-site throughout. Stress-free from start to finish.

We believe in being upfront so there are no surprises on the day. Please read through our terms — written to protect both you and us, and to make sure your event runs perfectly.
Late access to the property: R500 / hour
The client is solely responsible for obtaining any venue or estate permissions required for the event.
Damage caused will be deducted from the deposit.
No refunds for weather interruptions — please have a backup plan or speak to us about Plan B.
If weather prevents safe setup, choose ONE of:
Additional hours beyond the included duration: R500 / hour (or part thereof)
Overtime charges apply from the agreed finish time, not from the end of the base included party time.
Late access to the property: R500 / hour
The client is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment while on site. If anything is damaged during your event, please inform us immediately — we appreciate your honesty. Intentional damage or neglect will result in a repair or replacement charge based on the actual cost. Normal wear and tear is of course expected and accepted.
Use of all equipment is at the client's own risk. We reserve the right to decline or end bookings where the safety of our staff or equipment cannot be ensured.
Bounce & Beyond may photograph or video events for use on our website and social media platforms. If you prefer that no photos or videos are taken at your event, please let us know in writing at least 48 hours before your booking. We will always respect your request.
Bounce & Beyond will not be held liable for failure to fulfil a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, equipment theft, vehicle breakdown, or emergency situations. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or voucher credit as a goodwill gesture.

How it works — everything you need to know
Looking for a unique party experience that keeps the energy high and the neighbours happy? Our Silent Disco experience is the perfect solution for birthdays, school events, backyard parties, wine farm events, corporate events, and late-night celebrations.
Instead of blasting speakers, guests wear wireless LED headphones and choose between 2 music channels — dancing together while listening to different songs. From the outside, it's silent. Inside the headphones? It's a full-on party.
This is a fully hosted 4-hour experience — a Bounce & Beyond team member stays on-site throughout to manage the equipment and keep the party running smoothly.
Each guest receives a pair of wireless LED headphones. The headsets light up in different colours depending on which channel the guest is tuned into — creating a vibrant, visual party effect.
Guests choose between 2 music channels with the push of a button — switching genres, playlists, or vibes whenever they feel like it. They also control their own volume.
The result? You can see who's on which channel by the colour of their headphones. It becomes an interactive, social experience — guests comparing channels, dancing together, and making memories.
From the outside, it's completely silent — no noise complaints, no disturbance to neighbours. Perfect for evening events, estate venues, and areas with noise restrictions.
Our system connects easily to smartphones, laptops, tablets, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices. We provide 2 music channels so you don't need to bring anything — just show up and enjoy.
Want to take it further? You can even connect your own DJ — or two DJs simultaneously, one per channel. Each DJ controls their own channel independently, giving your guests two completely different live experiences to switch between. It's a next-level setup that works brilliantly for larger events, festivals, and school sokkies.
